- North East: 6-8 p.m.
Harford County
- Aberdeen: 5 - 8 p.m.
- Bel Air: 5 - 8 p.m.
- Havre de Grace: 6 - 8 p.m.
Outside of these municipalities, Harford County Sheriff's Office recommends trick or treaters go between 6 to 8 p.m.
