A crash Saturday afternoon in Bel Air claimed the lives of a mother and daughter.
Stacy Rena Pell-Boulan, 41, and Caitlyn Boulan, 4, both died after their car hit a tree in the center median.
The vehicle turned from Boulton Street to Bel Air Road trying enter the lane closest to the median.
The vehicle struck the curb twice before entering the median and crashing into a tree.
Michael Boulan, 16, the woman's son is the only survivor of the accident.
Bel Air Police acknowledges those that tried to assist the crash before personnel reached the scene.
Police say there were no other contributing factors in the accident.
