ABERDEEN, Md. — Aberdeen Police have arrested two suspects who allegedly robbed an Aberdeen gas station Sunday morning.
At 8:24 a.m., officers were called to the Crown Gas Station at 804 W. Bel Air Avenue for a reported robbery. The department said, the caller described the men and that they drove away in a light-colored Toyota.
Officers tried to stop the car, but the drivers it fled onto I-95 northbound where a pursuit began to Havre de Grace. Officials said, Havre de Grace Officers deflated tow tires with a stop stick on Rt 155 near Ohio Street.
The pursuit continued just before ending the 400 block of Pennington Avenue.
They were identified as as 54-year-old Nolan Maurice Rheubottom of Windsor Mill and 57-year-old James Edward Featherstone of Baltimore. During the arrest, officers found a loaded .38 revolver from the vehicle as well as lottery tickets that was allegedly stolen during the robbery.
The two men were charged with armed robbery, handgun violations, first degree assault, and second degree assault. They are being held without bond at the Harford County Detention Center.
