Howard County Police are reporting a collision on Washington Boulevard has nearly completely closed traffic in both directions on the road.
The accident occurred in the 9400 block of Washington Boulevard. The northbound lanes are closed, and all but one southbound lane is closed. Police report serious injuries from the crash. Drivers are asked to avoid the area as there are major delays.
