Heroes who helped during and after the historic floods in Ellicott City in July were honored Thursday by Gov. Larry Hogan and Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman.
Dozens of neighbors and business owners are being recognized for their part in the rebuilding effort.
Hogan also toured Main Street to see the progress that's been made since July 30.
