Hammond High School students organized a walkout and protest Thursday morning to protest a racist rant shared on social media last month.
Students at Mt. Hebron High School held a similar protest Wednesday.

During the protest, some students shared their experiences of racism and called for celebrating diversity. School administrators helped students planned the event, which took place during lunch time.
