COLUMBIA, Md. — You can now try eating somewhere new for a fraction of the price.
On Tuesday, Howard County Executive Calvin Ball hosted a kick-off event at Aida Bistro, for Howard County restaurant weeks & craft beverages.
More than 30 restaurants, craft breweries and distilleries are participating with special fixed-price menus.
The owner of Aida Bistro, Joe Barbera, helped initiate the first Howard County Restaurant Week back in 2008.
"One of the wonderful benefits of restaurant weeks and enjoy conversation, save room for dessert," said County Executive Dr. Calvin Ball.
Restaurant weeks runs through February 2. Baltimore and Harford County's restaurant weeks are still going on.
