The MVA will open the 10th new self-service Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) kiosk in Columbia.
The kiosk will be installed at the existing full-service Howard County VEIP station and will be available 24/7.
The emissions test cost $10 at all self-service kiosks.
The VEIP kiosks conduct the same diagnostic test performed by technicians at full-service VEIP stations.
The nine other self-service kiosks are located at existing VEIP and MVA offices throughout the greater Washington and Baltimore area.
