A server at Portalli's Restaurant on Main Street in Ellicott City got an eyewitness view of the fatal flash floods Saturday night.
She said the two people who died in the flood were customers of hers.

"2,000 pound cars, they were just floating by like they were nothing," Melissa Moore said.
