HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WMAR) — A crash involving a tractor trailer closed three lanes on northbound I-95 Friday morning.
It happened just before exit 38a - MD route 32 in Howard County.
One driver suffered minor injuries, according to ABC affiliate WJLA.
It's unclear what caused the crash.
At last check at least one lane remained closed, causing heavy congestion.
