ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — Howard County Firefighters performed a rescue of two young girls who were in the dead end of Treys Lane in the Patapsco River Friday evening.
Officials say it took crews about ten minutes from the time they arrived at the scene to complete the rescue.
The young girls were treated by paramedics at the scene and released to their parents.
Howard County police were also at the location and will forward information on the incident to State Park officials.
