Homeowners, renters, businesses, non-profits and faith-based organizations will be able to apply for federal disaster loans starting Tuesday, December 18th, 2018.
They're for people who were impacted by tornadoes in Carroll, Frederick, Howard and Baltimore Counties on November 2, 2018.
The loans have interest rates as low as 2%.

An outreach center with customer service representatives will be at the Mt. Airy Branch of the Carroll County Public Library through Tuesday, December 18th, 2018 to answer questions and help with the application process.
The application deadline for physical damage loans is February 5, 2018.
