A Judge has dismissed a lawsuit against a Maryland Democratic Gubernatorial candidate.
The lawsuit alleged Krish Vignarajah was not eligible to run for Governor, claiming she hadn't met the residency requirements to run for office.

On Tuesday in Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, the State Attorney General's Office on behalf of the Board of Elections affirmed Vignarajah had been a valid resident for the mandated period which is five years in Maryland.
As result of the ruling, ballots for Krish Vignarajah will count in the primary election.
