A man was injured in a police-involved shooting in Prince George’s County Thursday after the two got into a fight in the parking lot of a liquor store.

Edmonston police say an officer stopped the man at the liquor store in the 4200 block on Kenilworth Avenue in Bladensburg.

A fight between the officer and the suspect broke out and the suspect allegedly punched the officer multiple times. Officials say the officer used his taser on the suspect but it wasn't effective and then he shot him.
