ANNAPOLIS — A Maryland delegate is introducing a bill that would keep companies from enforcing a vaccine mandate and firing workers who don’t want to be vaccinated.

Maryland Delegate Nick Charles (D- Prince George’s) introduced the Maryland Employee Protection Plan for vaccine refusal on Feb. 8.

The bill would also keep employers safe from lawsuits if someone didn’t get the shot then tested positive for COVID-19.
