OCEAN CITY, Md. — A Maryland man whose pick-up crashed into a car killing five family members will face one year of probation.
Last July, Audi Trinidad, his wife and their four daughters were returning home from a trip in Ocean City. That's when Alvin Hubbard III's truck crossed the median and hit the family's mini van and another car.
Trinidad and his daughters ages 20, 17 as well as the 13-yer-old twins were all killed and his wife was seriously injured.
If Hubbard violates his probation, he could face up to 14 years in prison.
A GoFundMe has been set up to support the family.
