Inmate Rickey Hall, 29, failed to return from his work release job Thursday, according to the State of Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
Hall is housed at the Baltimore Pre-Release Unit and was working at a business in the 3100 block of Frederick Avenue and failed to return to work from his lunch break.
Hall is serving a 12-year, 7-month sentence for armed robbery. He is a 5-foot 5-inch, 135 pound African American.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
