Prince George's County Police have arrested the man wanted in connection to the deadly stabbing of another man outside of a Popeyes restaurant in Oxon Hill in November.

Police say 28-year-old Kevin Tyrell Davis was cutting in front of other customers in a line specifically for the re-released Popeyes chicken sandwich.

Another customer confronted Davis about skipping the line, which led to a short verbal argument.

The two men then took their dispute outside in front of the store, at which point Davis was stabbed one time in the upper body. He later died at an area hospital.

The suspect, 30-year-old Ricoh McClain was identified in November.
