Crews hit the pavement to clear roads and alert commuters as snow made its way throughout the state Monday night into Tuesday.
Officials spoke with ABC2 to give updates on travel conditions.
Charlie Gischlar with the Maryland State Highway Administration discussed the department’s efforts to salt and clear interstates, and also listed the worst roads for driving as of Tuesday morning.
Adrienne Barnes with Baltimore City Department of Transportation urged drivers to allow extra time and to use caution on the roads.
Joanna Campbell of the Maryland Transit Administration listed the service changes commuters can expect due to weather conditions.
Harford County Executive Barry Glassman discussed the morning road conditions throughout the county.
