BALTIMORE — On Tuesday, a dedication ceremony was held for a Blue Star Memorial marker at the Baltimore National Cemetery.
The marker was placed at the Loudon Park National Cemetery which is the 40th national cemetery administration to receive a Blue Star Memorial marker.
The Blue and Gold Star Memorials program began in 1944 with a living memorial to veterans of World War II.
