DUNDALK, Md. — A kindergartner at Bear Creek Elementary got the best surprise ever.
London Wade ‘s mother, Achille Tippett was returning home after serving 10 months in Afghanistan.
During that time, London has been with her grandmother and her teacher has been video chatting with her mother.
The shock was all over London’s face when her mom interrupted what she thought was a normal school assembly.
