Former bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. is not welcome in the state of Minnesota.
A local representative proposed a bill to ban him from the state. This comes after Arie broke off his engagement with Becca K. to propose to runner-up, Lauren Burnham on the show Tuesday night.
It started as a joke that quickly went viral.

Becca K. will now be the new bachelorette when the show returns in May but Minnesota representative, Drew Christensen wanted to make sure Becca knew she had the support of her fans.

The bill says "It is state policy that every person in the state has a right to live free from the presence of Arie Luyendyk Jr. in the state."
