BALTIMORE — Baltimore City parents lined up to pick up devices for their kids to learn at home again on Tuesday.
Valerie Carter said she waited about 15 to 20 minutes for a laptop and hotspot.
"If you're patient it doesn’t take too long, if you're not I guess you get out of line."
Public schools in the city will start the upcoming school year virtually.
Last week they announced that any in-person classes have been put off until at least October 16.
Students and parents may pick up computers between 10: 00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
