IQ scores have been falling steadily for the past few decades and environmental factors are to blame.
That's according to a new study by Norwegian researchers.
They say scores have declined for people born after 1975.
Similar studies in Denmark, Britain, France, the Netherlands and several other countries have shown the same results.
