A man is wanted for sexually assaulting a little girl at Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day.
According to the FBI, the man and young girl were standing in a crowd during a wreath laying ceremony, when he inappropriately touched her several times.
He is described as a Hispanic male between 50 and 60 years old. He has gray and black hair that is short and spiky. He was wearing a blue or gray short-sleeved shirt and dark blue shorts.
Investigators believe he did not know the girl.
