Workers in NJ mistakenly celebrate Powerball win

Some restaurant employees in New Jersey may be asking for their jobs back after making a mistake with the winning Powerball numbers.

A group of  workers in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. went in on an office pool for Saturday's $900 million jackpot and thought they'd hit it big, only to discover they were reading the wrong lottery numbers.

Turns out, the group had the winning numbers that were drawn a few nights before on Wednesday, Jan. 6. No winning numbers were sold during that drawing.

The group thought they'd become millionaires, prompting one employee to even throw in the towel and quit on the spot.

Workers soon learned they were reading old numbers from a website that hadn't yet been updated.
