After 22 years as the Executive Chef for The Cheesecake Factory, 410 BBQ Executive Chef Gary Harris Jr. retired to open the mobile barbecue trailer.
410 BBQ is based out of Baltimore County and frequents the Catonsville, Owings Mills, and Randallstown areas.
"Best ribs in town, fall off the bone. Come check out our pulled pork sandwiches. We got macaroni and cheese, we got coleslaw, we got collard greens. Catch my wife when she makes her banana pudding,” said Harris Jr.
