BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Governor Larry Hogan's executive order to shut down all restaurants and bars is in full effect amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

But one Baltimore woman has put together a website of several Baltimore area restaurants still open for carry-out or delivery.

According to her website, Like the Tea Eats, Rachel describes herself as "a 20-something living in Baltimore on a mission to find the best dishes around, always with my camera in tow."

Her newly formed database details which restaurants offer curbside pickup and even if services such as GrubHub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats can pick it up for you.
