BLK Swan Restaurant opens at Harbor East this Friday.
It offers regional new American cuisine.
On the menu, you'll find such dishes as bass and fire-roasted lamb chops and for dessert, you can treat yourself to fried Oreos.
There are also signature cocktails. The restaurant is located on Fleet Street.
