One of those businesses is Carma's Cafe! It's on 32nd Street between Charles and Saint Paul in Charles Village. It's open Tuesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"We have fabulous in-house baked goods, soups, salads, sandwiches, lattes, some real treats. And when the weather gets a little nicer, we have fabulous outdoor seating."
