BALTIMORE — Max's Taphouse says "We're Open Baltimore!"
The bar and restaurant is located in the heart of Fells Point. It is one of more than a dozen restaurants in Fells Point that has chosen to stick with carry-out and outdoor dining, despite Mayor Young lifting the indoor dining ban in Baltimore.
You can order from a wide selection of craft beers, craft beer slushies and food like tacos.
