ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — Old Mill Cafe says "We're Open Baltimore!"
The cafe is located in Old Ellicott City off Frederick Road near the train tracks. They serve breakfast and lunch including sandwiches, sweet and savory crepes and small bites.
