PIKESVILLE, Md. — Silk Road Bistro in Pikesville wants you to know We're Open Baltimore.
They specialize in Uzbeki food, which one of the managers described as a Central Asian - Middle Eastern blend.
He says come in and try the kabobs and soups, but their signature dish is a traditional Uzbek rice dish with braised lamb.
While business isn't where it normally is, they are still getting by thanks to their loyal customers.
"We've been blessed to have really strong community support. Honestly, I’ve never seen this much carryout in my life before. And the community is doing to best keep us rolling through this," said Managing partner, Greg Zilberman.
They are offering dine-in, carryout and delivery.
