BALTIMORE — The Capital Grille in Downtown Baltimore says "We're Open Baltimore!"
The restaurant is located off Pratt Street and is open daily from 12-8 p.m. for carryout or delivery. They are also selling meat through their in-house butcher shop so you can grill at home.
