ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — The Education Action Team of Indivisible Howard County sponsored the Equity in Redistricting Forum on Wednesday night to discuss how school redistricting can address both overcrowding and socioeconomic/racial segregation in Howard County public schools.
The public meeting was held at the Howard County Library in Ellicott City.
