The Orioles are 16 games into the season and haven't lost yet.
They are off tonight, like they have been. The Orioles are supposed to play the Cubs Tuesday night at Camden Yards.
Fans are just going through the motions.
For the first time since 1960 we may play less than 162 games. There is a lot on the plate for the O’s General Manager Mike Elias to answer.
“People at the league office and across sports are working on scenarios for baseball to come back this year because we really want to do it. We want to be a part of returning to a feeling of normal life. We think that sports will mean a lot to people, especially during this period of time,” said Elias.
He is in constant contact with Trey Mancini. The Orioles outfielder who underwent surgery last month to remove a malignant tumor from his colon.
He said Mancini is doing well but will be out for months rather than weeks.
