BALTIMORE, Md. — The Baltimore Ravens welcomed their new number one receiver to Baltimore on Friday afternoon.

We’re talking about the man they call ‘Hollywood’, Marquise Brown, selected with the 25th pick in the first round, was introduced on Friday at the team facility.

His family was on-hand to soak it all in.

The speedy receiver out of Oklahoma said he watched the Ravens growing up. He knows the tradition here, the standard here, and he’s ready to make a difference right away.

WMAR-2 News' Sports Reporter Shawn Stepner got a chance to go one-on-one with Brown. Brown said the last 24 hours have been surreal and he also shared what Baltimore can expect from him in the fall.

What do Ravens fans need to know about “Hollywood” Brown and what they are going to see on the field?

Marquise Brown: They are going to see a lot of big plays. They are going to get a guy that plays with a lot of passion, a lot of will to win. I’m looking forward to winning some games out here.

How do you think you fit in this offense?

Marquise Brown: I think I fit well. I’m going to compliment all the receivers, the tight ends, the running game and I’m going to help Lamar.

Everyone saw how emotional you were last night. The emotion and what it took to get to this point. Take us through that.

Marquise Brown: It took a lot. I told myself I wasn’t going to cry but it just came out. It was a lot of hard work. A lot of dedication.

"Hollywood" says he’s close with cousin Antonio Brown, former Steelers receiver, current Oakland Raider, he said he talked to him and that he told Marquise that Baltimore is a great place to be.
