The Baltimore Ravens made a big announcement on Wednesday during their pre-draft press conference.
Robert Griffin III, better known as RG3, is joining the Ravens Flock. RG3 has agreed to sign a one-year contract with the team.

"Very excited about it. I'm excited. The coaches are excited. Robert came in and had a really good workout. He looked good throwing the ball. He's in very good shape. Obviously, his personality, he's a confident guy. He is a very talented quarterback that's had a lot of success in this league early on," said Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh. "We're excited about it and felt like we needed a No. 2 quarterback. I'm pretty excited about this player. I'm really feeling like we got a steal."
RG3 is a former Redskins and Browns quarterback and was the 2011 Heisman trophy winner with Baylor. He hasn't played since 2016.
"He came in last week, worked out, had a real good workout and we were able to come to an agreement," said Ravens General Manager Ozzie Newsome.
Newsome added that he expects Griffin to sign his contract early next week.
