BALTIMORE — Hatched on opening day in 1979. And ever since, the Oriole bird has been tweeting into our hearts.
And now this featherweight is in the Mascot Hall of Fame!

It's funny, the height of the bird is listed as somewhere between Tweety bird and Big bird.
The oriole bird has probably showed up at your birthday party, an event, a parade, and we can still see the bird dancing on the dugout acting like a birdbrain to "Thank God I'm a Country Boy".
Congrats to the bird who will be flying off to Indiana where the Hall of Fame is!
