The Ravens and their former offensive coordinator deny a report they wanted Lamar Jackson to play another position besides quarterback.

Baltimore and former offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg released statements rebutting a report about Jackson playing wide receiver.

This was discussed during a podcast called "The GM Shuffle".

Morhinweg says his thoughts before the draft and after he started working with him were consistent. The team saw Jackson's throwing and escape abilities.

Head coach John Harbaugh says everyone was on the same page with Lamar and did not think about moving his position when the team drafted him in 2018.

Mornhinweg was let go at the end of last season and Greg Roman became the offensive coordinator.
