BALTIMORE — In times like this it's important to stick together and help each other if we can and that's what New Genesis Total Praise Center's Outreach Ministry is doing.
They hosted a Brown Bag Drive-By Giveaway and passed out toiletries and household supplies to Baltimore City residents in need.
"If you notice all the local stores, the shelves are bare, and god has given us some access to some partners so that we can be able to help somebody that needs help."
New Genesis has done several Brown Bag Giveaways where they've also provided food to community members.
The church is also planning a "Healthy Choice Bag Giveaway" where they will pass out fresh fruit, veggies and other healthy food.
