BALTIMORE — Lime is relaunching their scooters Saturday morning in Baltimore.

To start off, 50 scooters will be available for essential workers who still need to get around during the on-going COVID crisis.

Healthcare and emergency workers can ride up to 30 minutes free to help commute to work while social distancing.

Health and emergency workers can sign up for the program by clicking here.

Scooters will be stationed in several areas including UMD Hospital, Mercy Medical, Inner Harbor downtown area and John Hopkins Hospital.

As part of the relaunch, Lime says they more frequently clean all parts of the scooter that are touched by people, using products recommended by the CDC.
