A terrific Tuesday is on tap as high pressure continues to build in today through the day tomorrow. Tons of sun will be the rule and not the exception for the next couple of days before an area of low pressure and a front puts an end to the dry and sunny scene in Maryland.
Clouds will roll in Wednesday evening as high pressure moves east allowing for return flow or warm air to move in, which in turn, will set the stage for heavy rain and thunderstorms to push in overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning. Stay weather alert as some storms may be strong to severe.
The good news is the sun will return by Friday into the first half of the weekend.
