BALTIMORE — The beloved ice cream shop The Charmery is opening its fourth location in Federal Hill.
Owners David and Laura Alima announced they have signed a lease at 46 E. Cross Street. The 600-square foot space will be accessible by a walk-up window only.
“This was not a move we entered into lightly,” says David Alima. “We had looked at this very space two years ago, but at that time did not have the infrastructure in place to support a more casual model. As a result of the success of The Ice Cream Factory at the Union Collective, our wildest ice cream dreams can branch out to another classic Baltimore neighborhood.”
You'll find the usual Charmery favorites at the new spot, like Maryland Mud and Old Bay Caramel.
“It’s really special for us to be able to share another company growth milestone during National Ice Cream Month,” said Laura Alima. “Although, for us, every day is something to celebrate.”
The Federal Hill location is expected to open later this year.
The Charmery also has locations in Hampden, Towson and the Ice Cream Factory at Union Collective.
