BALTIMORE — TJ Smith released his crime plan for violence in Baltimore City on Tuesday.
According to Smith, the "multifaceted approach focuses on setting a foundation for sustainable success, while also immediately taking action to make an impact on day one."
The plan focuses on the people and places associated with violent crime, data driven strategies as well as investing in 'behind the walls' and re-entry programs among other things.
