A crash with a fuel spill blocked two left lanes on southbound I-95 prior to White Marsh Boulevard Thursday afternoon.
The Maryland Transportation Authority said the crash caused a five-mile backup from Harford County to Baltimore County as crews worked to clean up the spill.
Motorists are advised to use Route 1 or Route 40 as alternates.
