All lanes reopened after an overturned tractor trailer shut down southbound I-95 at Route 100 in Howard County Tuesday morning.
Howard County Fire officials said one person was extricated.
The Maryland State Highway Administration said recovery of the overturned tractor trailer will resume after rush hour.
