Baltimore, get ready to be blown away by two singers from our area on American Idol.

We've been following the journey of Dimitrius Graham and Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon since they first auditioned for the show. On Monday, the two took on the stage with a professional singer in hopes of moving on to the next round.

Dimitrius Graham, who grew up in Baltimore City, came home to visit his mother. She said he has always dreamed of this moment, "I always knew that he would be successful at anything he tried to do and he was determined to be on 'American Idol' a long time ago, and he never gave up that dream. So he never gave up, I never gave up, so I knew he was going to be there," said Lorraine Ricks, Graham's mother.

Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon's story has resonated with people around the globe. Jeremiah, from Catonsville, said the response has been overwhelming, "It's been overwhelming for me to see how many people not only relate to my story but just cheering me on. Don't be afraid to tell your story. What you've experienced is valid, and it's your responsibility to tell your story and no one else's responsibility."

Dimitrius and Jeremiah are both in the Top 14! Tune in to cheer them on as they compete in the live shows at 8 p.m. on Sunday.
