BALTIMORE — New partners have joined Baltimore City's mobile vaccine initiative.
Next week, Ascension St. Agnes, Rite Aid, and the University of Maryland Medical System will start sending mobile units out to get more vulnerable Baltimore residents vaccinated.
They join Johns Hopkins Medicine, LifeBridge Health, MedStar Health, Northern Pharmacy, and Safeway who have already gotten involved.
The team so far has held 46 vaccination clinics, providing more than 3,800 first doses to the homeless and older citizens in senior housing buildings.
For the week of March 29, Health Department Mobile Response Teams will provide first dose clinics at:
- Lillian Jones Apartments
- Lanvale Towers
- Bel Park Towers
- Greenes at Irvington Mews
- Wyman House Apartments
Second doses will be given at:
- Christ Church Harbor Apartments
- Linden Park Apartments
- Bernard E. Mason Apartments
Mobile Response Teams will also visit the locations below, next week.
- Helping Up Mission
- Greenspring
- Tuerk House
- The Baltimore Station #2
All residents 60 and older are now eligible for vaccination.

Baltimore City residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities, over the age of 16 will be eligible in Phase 2B, beginning March 30.
As of Friday Baltimore City has reported 43,578 cases of COVID-19 including 916 deaths, since the pandemic began.
So far -- 21.877 percent of Baltimore City residents have received the first dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, compared to 11.31 percent who've gotten their second.
Another 5,215 people have gotten the Johnson & Johnson one dose shot.
On Friday, the City also relaxed restrictions at restaurants and businesses.
