BALTIMORE (WMAR) — On Saturday, WMAR-2 News joined Wreaths across America at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery to honor and remember our fallen heroes this holiday season.

WMAR-2 News staff helped to place remembrance wreaths on every gravestone as each veteran's name was announced out loud.
The ceremony was put together by hundreds of volunteers who put on the events at cemeteries across the United States.
Participants were also able to donate $15 to sponsor a wreath.
Part of Wreaths across America's mission is to remember the fallen, honor those who serve, and teach our children the value of freedom.
